Complete guide for buyers and suppliers — from product comparison to brand onboarding.

1. Product Comparison

How to compare products?

Go to Compare in the navigation bar. Select your category (e.g., Lighting or Packaging), choose 2-4 products from the brand list, and the system will generate a side-by-side comparison table. All specs, certifications, and features are displayed in parallel. Green highlighting indicates a superior parameter, red indicates a lower one.

How to contact a supplier after comparing?

Each product card links to the brand's Profile page, which shows the official website, contact info, full product list, credit score, and user reviews.

Can I save my comparison history?

Yes — after logging in, your comparison history and saved products are stored in your account for future reference.

Fees

Basic onboarding is permanently free — no joining fees, annual fees, listing fees, or commissions. Optional value-added services may be offered in the future.

3. Account Management

Registration & Login

Click "Register" or "Login" in the navigation. Supports email registration. After logging in, access the Dashboard to manage your profile, saved items, and reviews.

Forgot password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. Check spam folder if you don't receive the reset link. Contact support@compare2best.com for help.

How to delete my account?

Go to Dashboard → Account Settings to request deletion. For merchants, all products will be removed. Personal data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

4. Reviews & Credit

How to review a supplier?

Submit a review on the supplier's Profile page or after completing an order. Review dimensions include product quality, communication, delivery timeliness, and service attitude. Reviews are auto-approved and affect both parties' credit scores.

How to improve my credit score?
