Article 1: Onboarding Nature & Core Commitments

Permanent Free Onboarding: Basic onboarding services are permanently free of any joining fee, annual fee, listing fee, or transaction commission. Party B may list compliant product data and receive public traffic exposure at no cost.

No Forced Bundling: Party B is not required to purchase any paid services, participate in any paid ranking, or accept any forced business partnerships. All value-added services are optional.

Neutral Cooperation: The relationship is a neutral information-display cooperation. No franchise, equity binding, or distribution relationship exists. The platform does not interfere with pricing, sales, or after-sales operations.

Article 2: Data Submission & Authorization Scope

Article 3: Rights & Obligations

(A) Party B Rights: Free product listing, parameter comparison exposure, public procurement traffic access; autonomous data management in backend; free basic statistics; data correction requests; account deletion at any time.

(B) Party B Obligations: Ensure all submitted information is truthful, accurate, and compliant; guarantee ownership of submitted content; update product changes promptly; bear all sales and after-sales responsibilities.

(C) Party A Rights: Review submitted data for compliance; reject or remove false/ infringing information; standardize parameter formatting; remove repeat violators; introduce optional value-added services.

(D) Party A Obligations: Comply with data regulations; maintain ranking neutrality; protect merchant data; attribute data sources; provide 24/7 technical support.

Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, submit to the court with jurisdiction at the platform's operating location.
